Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to provide and ensure the smooth running of the administration functions within the Operations Division such as monitoring of project site files, coordination of all RMA request, keeping track and monitoring running spares and installation tools.
  
• Responsible to ensure the provision of best client service by attending promptly to clients' needs and enquiries/complaints.
  
• Responsible to assist the Project team to prepare project schedule and equipment site layout diagram and to compile project handover document, user acceptance test document and other related project documents.
  
• Incumbent with the right quality will be trained as a project engineer.

Requirements:

• Must be a Malaysia citizen
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates with 1 year(s) of working experience in the IT industry would be an added advantage.
• Possess intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Willing to work in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
• Highly initiated, team player, result oriented and proactive
• Fresh Diploma or Degree holder in IT with no prior working experience will also be considered.
